"The room was too cold. There was a smell of smoke even though it was a non-smoking room.
It was clean however."

"Bed was made but cleaning staff forgot to take empty wine bottles and other garbage.
Wallpaper wripped off
Coffee maker didn't work
no irons, one I did borrow from front desk stained pants.
TV picture was poor"

"The room was definitely in need of a face-lift,but the overall negative was that in spite of being a non-smoking room, while the room itself did not smell of smoke, the bedding and pillows certainly did. They all need a good dry-cleaning. There is nothing more annoying than feeling like your sleeping in an ash tray."

"After booking online and indicating that I was applying for a Provincial Government rate, the lady at the desk said she could not give me that rate since I booked online and there was nothing she could do about it. I was charged CAD$75 a night for a non-smoking room that smelled stale, damp and dingy. The room value would be equivalent to a $35 a night truck stop motel."
