The Good
The bulk of reviews used for this analysis were favourable and guests were really happy with the cleanliness of the rooms and with the customer service.

Guests said that rooms were clean, comfortable, spacious and well-maintained. Guests commented on clean bedding, towels and linens and said rooms were fresh and bright. In-room amenities like 32" TVs and mini-fridges were appreciated.

Guests felt that staff at this hotel really cared about their comfort. They were consistently pleasant and frequently went out of their way to make sure that guests were happy. Guests appreciated small extra touches (providing extension cords, de-icer and a car battery booster in the winter months, for example) that went a long way to make a good impression.

A number of guests appreciated the convenience of having a complimentary breakfast served on site. Guests said that the selection and the quality of food was good.

There were some additional comments about comfy beds.
The Bad
Almost all of the reviews used for this analysis were positive and guest criticisms were almost non-existent.

"An excellent choice, for business or pleasure."

"Very comfortable rooms, and in a convenient location on the Trans-Canada Highway, close to restaurants and downtown Kapuskasing."

"Staff was friendly and helpful explaining that the reservations we had made over the internet were via a third party. We didn't know this and will be more careful in the future. We were charged $20 for the service, had requested adjoining rooms but this was not passed on to hotel staff. We will make sure that we deal directly with the hotel in the future. We plan to return next year."

"It was fine, but two things bothered me. The wireless internet was hit and miss, and was frustrating. A call to the desk did not fix this. Secondly, on check out, the clerk did not ask me how my stay was, or if everything was alright. She was very negative in her silence...not the best hotel experience that I have had, and I usually stay at Comfort Inns and enjoy the stay."

"There are not a lot of choices in Kapuskasing so alternatives are pretty slim pickings. This hotel is about what I expect in remote communities, no surprises either way but nothing I'd rush to come back to. The wireless internet services needs work - it can't be accessed from the desk in the room I was in (119) but it could be accessed if I sat very near the door to the room (which is nowhere near the desk)."
