"Staff was friendly and helpful explaining that the reservations we had made over the internet were via a third party. We didn't know this and will be more careful in the future. We were charged $20 for the service, had requested adjoining rooms but this was not passed on to hotel staff.
We will make sure that we deal directly with the hotel in the future.
We plan to return next year."

"It was fine, but two things bothered me. The wireless internet was hit and miss, and was frustrating. A call to the desk did not fix this. Secondly, on check out, the clerk did not ask me how my stay was, or if everything was alright. She was very negative in her silence...not the best hotel experience that I have had, and I usually stay at Comfort Inns and enjoy the stay."

"There are not a lot of choices in Kapuskasing so alternatives are pretty slim pickings. This hotel is about what I expect in remote communities, no surprises either way but nothing I'd rush to come back to. The wireless internet services needs work - it can't be accessed from the desk in the room I was in (119) but it could be accessed if I sat very near the door to the room (which is nowhere near the desk)."
