"Good location and staff, room smelly and small"
"Room Smelt bad.. The suites were worse so we changed rooms. Second room rug was full of sparkles and some peanuts.
Put dirty towel on floor as requested if it was to be replaced but they put the dirty one back up. The towel came dirty from the laundry
The beds were clean!!"

"Paul at the desk was very helpful - But the room is cramped - All hotels should realize the need for tea drinkers and put kettles in every room. - Try watching tv with your spouse with one chair and a desk chair that has to be put between the beds. - Updated furniture and space is needed - We moved to Brookstreet for $10 per night more and received a robe - tea kettle wonderful bed a view of the golf course. Will not stay again."

"We ate lunch at the resaurant there (Graffiti's). It was so nice and the staff was very friendly. The food was great! I would highly recommend the hotel and the resaurant.
Our flight wasn't until after 5pm on our day of departure and we didn't have transportation. The hotel let us stay 2 hours after the normal check-out time and arranged for cab service to the airport.
Thank you for making my first time in Canada, even though it was for 1 day, a very nice and comfortable experience.

"I made reservations in late October and got put on a floor with minor hockey league teams. I had to complain three times to the manager on duty to do something. Finally I went down to the desk at around 10PM by this time the kids were playing hockey in the hallway and asked to be moved from the floor or I was leaving that night ( had already called Days Inn to see if they had rooms available). They moved me to the next floor up which was the sixed floor which was much quieter. After we moved I had to go down to the fifth floor to get some ice and seen the manager there talking to some adults while the kids were playing in the hallway.
We are both in our mid fifties and they knew that these teams were on the fourth and fifth floors yet they put us on this floor anyway.
Price was not an issue because when we checked in I asked the desk clerk if she could upgrade our room and she told me that they were booked solid but yet when I complained she moved me floors. We noticed in the elevator that there was security floors, so we inquired when we checked out and the clerk told us that yes the 7,8 and 9th floors were security floors and we could of stayed on the 9th floor for about $20.00 more per night but 7 and 8 are considered reward floors.
To say the least it put a real damper on our 33rd wedding anniversary."

"The cleaning staff disturbed me multiple times. I did not have the do not disturb sign on the door, so it was partially my fault. Although she knocked on my door three times in the morning... Other than that EVERYONE was wonderful. It was a busy day when I was there and the front-desk personel were still smiling and being very attentive. It was a great experience!"
