"Great experience"
"I was very happy with the hotel. It was very clean and the included breakfast was excellent. The pool was adequate for our needs. My only complaint was that the hotel was being renovated and the strong smell of paint gave me a headache."

"Because there were minor hockey teams staying at the hotel, we had to have a cold shower in the morning - something you don't expect when paying $200+ per night. However, we did receive a 15% discount for the inconvenience, which was quite acceptable."

"Nice upscale hotel with ample praking, easily accessible"
"Service was great, room layout was nice, comfortable. A/C was freezing cold and really enjoyed the cool room after so many hours driving. Location was perfect - we were visiting friends just a few streets over and that made this hotel a win."

"Our main purpose for booking this hotel was the indoor pool as we had three kids with us. We were very disappointed to learn upon arrival that the pool was closed for the whole weekend for upgrades, yet we never saw anyone working in there the whole time we were guests. Add to that the fact that no kids tv channels were available to us and it did not make for a very good weekend get-away. While the room, staff and hotel itself were very satisfactory, I'm not sure I would recommend it to anyone else who has kids."

"Very extensive continental breakfast in an "at home" kitchen. The only suggestion is to have larger and more than 1 pillow(s) on the bed. Otherwise, extremely friendly and knowledgeable front desk host."

"The hotel is very homey, not impersonal like a big hotel. The lobby is welcoming and very clean, and staff are friendly and helpful. Our room was beautiful and very clean. Our only complaint was that a more substantial breakfast buffet would have been nice. I was fine with the breakfast as is, but my husband was hoping for something more, considering we had to get travelling and didn't want to make another stop to eat.
We will definitely recommend the hotel to others."

"room appears "cold" and empty (unusually high ceilings and lack of artwork a part of this); great selection of movies and games; bed was (for my taste) a bit soft and too many blankets I felt overwhelmed by them; nice clean, large bathroom; beautiful lobby and the cookies were a great x-mas touch; ur room was rather noisy being next to the stairwell"
