We throughly enjoyed our stay at the hotel When we visit Ottawa this is the only hotel we stay at. Great service.

Great experience

Because there were minor hockey teams staying at the hotel, we had to have a cold shower in the morning - something you don't expect when paying $200+ per night

Good location and staff, room smelly and small

Paul at the desk was very helpful - But the room is cramped - All hotels should realize the need for tea drinkers and put kettles in every room

We ate lunch at the resaurant there (Graffiti's) Our flight wasn't until after 5pm on our day of departure and we didn't have transportation. The hotel let us stay 2 hours after the normal check-out time and arranged for cab service to the airport. Thank you for making my first time in Canada, even though it was for 1 day, a very nice and comfortable experience. Tina from Philadelphia
