"Rooms were not clean, and with spider webs in corners and windows were so dirty.

"The view was beautiful! But this hotel is in recievership and it shows. The grounds were not well taken care...some of the pool chairs were broken, the ice machines were all broken and the heated indoor pool was not heated. The front desk staff were very pleasant considering all of reservation mix ups and did their best...The restaurant was very short staffed and so the service was very poor. The menu selection was way downgraded from last year but the food was fair-good when you could get some. There were times that we went hungary because we could not get food unless we drove in to town"

"All staff at the hotel and attached restaurant were extremely pleasant and helpful. Our girls age 8 and 5 had such a great time that we plan to return in January."

"If you don't ski - it's not worth the money. If you ski, the location couldn't be better - that's what you're paying for.
The hotel is actually more like a motel with ski slopes in the backyard."
