"The accomodations were very good. The hotel room and the hotel were clean and well cared for. All our questions were addressed promptly and the hotel staff were friendly. If you are looking for an "up north" feeling to the hotel you need to try somewhere else but for our needs it was great."

"Great location close to highway and downtown Huntsville. Room was very clean and the staff was very helpful and pleasant. Hotel has a very homey feel to it. Also has a few restaurants across the street and is very close to one of my favourites, "Three Guys and a Stove". Will definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone."

"I felt the hotel was nice and clean but the staff was not friendly. Customer service is so important and this staff seemed not to be interested in making you feel welcome. They weren't nasty just not friendly."

"Expensive for a basic room. Stayed on the first floor, the plumbing was very noisy, you could here person above flushing toilet, showering etc. Room and hotel was very clean, and finished very nicely."
