Overview
The Best Western Plus Lheritage hotel is located on the east side of Tupper Street and north of Highway 17 in Hawkesbury, Ontario.
Hotel facilities include free parking, banquet facilities, a 24-hour business centre, guest laundry, and a restaurant offering room service and complimentary continental breakfast. The hotel has an elevator however the agent at the hotel that we spoke to said it had limited uses (ie. physically disabled patrons could use it and it could be used to transport heavy bags).
The two-story hotel has 50 guest rooms and amenities include free local calls, free Internet access, cable television, coffee makers, hair dryers, ironing equipment, air conditioning, and desks. Some rooms at the hotel also include refrigerators.
The non-pet friendly property used to have smoking rooms however according to the Front Desk Agent our staff spoke to, they are now 100% non-smoking.
Check in time at this hotel is at 4pm while check out time is at noon.

The GoodGuests who stayed at this hotel had mixed opinions about the property. The guests that liked the hotel often mentioned the location of the property and its guest rooms.
Guests that liked the location of the property were often motorists who found the hotel easy to access. One guest said that the hotel was "easy to find" because of it's proximity to Highway 17 while another guest said that the hotel's location was "convenient" because it was "near the highway."
Many guests also liked their rooms at the hotel. Multiple guests were impressed by the large or "fairly large" size while many others thought that their rooms were clean. One guest said the room smelled fresh and he felt that many in-room amenities were new.
The Bad
Guest reviews for this hotel were somewhat limited and that made finding concerns that were shared by a lot of patrons somewhat difficult. However despite the small number of reviews for this hotel, there still appeared to be a couple areas that guests were not impressed with.
Firstly, many guests had concerns that pertained to the staff who were described as unfriendly at times or slow in performing their duties. One guest that seemed quite unimpressed with the hotel's employees said that he had not met "snottier staff" prior to staying at the Best Western Plus L'heritage.
To be fair, there was some balance of opinion regarding the staff but it's fair to say that the hotel's employees did not consistently impress hotel patrons.
The hotel's breakfast was also considered unimpressive by multiple guests. One guest, for example, called it "very basic and rather low quality."
Occasionally guests mentioned that they would not be returning to this hotel.
