"Our stay was ok,"
"The noises outside from the other clients were anoying,,,, after 11:00pm... The shower handles could be cleaner, there have to be taken off and soak, there were very dirty,,, otherwise it was fine, i would stay there again.....oh contenital breakfast could be improved."

"The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was near the airport for our early morning departure. The lighting in the rooms could be better and the bathroom needed the grouting bleached, but the carpets were clean, the beds were comfortable and clean."

"Old but clean"
"Rooms are clean but quite dated. Basic continental breakfast. Staff is great -- they opened up the breakfast room for us and made coffee at 5 AM because we were catching an early flight. Location is convenient to airport. Good value for price."

"Would recommend this hotel due to location to Mount Hope Airport. However, the bathroom fan being on all the time with no way of turning it off was bad especially if someone had to get up in the night. Also, difficult to find the light switch...well hidden. Restaurant next door a bit of a downer. Hotel staff were very nice and room clean and beds comfortable."

"The employee that checked me in was friendly and helpful, a different employee that checked me out was a bit rude and did not ask how my stay was. Uunfortunately this hotel is on the outskirts of Hamilton so there are few options of restaurants without driving the 15 minutes into Hamilton. On the other hand it is nice to stay in a hotel in a rural setting."

"Heating system is terrible - too noisy - had to turn it off and freeze because only supplied a thin blanket on the bed - bedspread had stains on the back of it so wouldn't consider putting it on the bed over me. in the winter months provide extra blanket or put in more silent heating system"

"I got bug bites and told the person at the desk. She asked me if I knew what kind..and I said well they are probably bed bugs because I woke up with one in the middle of the night and 5 when I got up in the morning. She said she would tell house keeping. She didn't looked surprised and did not appolegize or give us a reduction in our rate. There was a dog next door that was barking for a least an hour when I arrived."

"The only real problem I had with my stay is that we where put in a room next to someone with a dog that barked alot, and we where awakened twice by the dogs barking. We hated to, but had to call the front desk to complain. We love pets but dont feel a hotel room is a good place for them, especially those who like to bark alot."

"The only attraction this hotel offered is its proximity to the airport. Given a choice we would stay elsewhere. Found front counter afternoon staff not overly friendly. Rooms and corridors not soundproofed as could be."
