"I booked the Sheraton for my parents 50th wedding anniversary after our surprise celebration for them. They informed me that the room was outstanding the the view from their hotel room was spectacular. The staff were great. I had the opportunity to communicate via email and telephone with Laura Koch she was amazing. Thank you for a very memorable stay for my mom and dad"

"Customer Service horrible...Ryan at the front desk was very nice and deserves a raise but the girl acted like we were putting her out by arriving and checking in...seemed like we bothered Very disppointed when entered room...might have been better if told at front desk...never was thanked for our business an invoice shoved under our door...for just being renovated horrible rooms but nice comfortable bed...thought we were staying in the unrenvoated section...never told where the pool was or excercise room had to figure it out ourselves...would stay in Dundas next time"

"I was on a non smoking floor yet the stench of tobacco smoke was very strong especially in the bathroom. I ended my stay with a smoke induced migraine. Prior to this my stays at the hotel have been good."

"We stayed at the hotel for one evening to attend a wedding in the local area so did not need many of the facilities. We had requested a non-smoking room, but it had a definite smell of smoke in it. The room was fine, the linens were lovely, but the cost of the hotel was far too expensive for what was in reality just a basic room."

"Provide both hard and soft pillows because everyone sleeps on different pillows. Increase shampoo & conditioner portions. Long hair uses up alot of these."

"The bed in the room was great. It really was comfortable and it even looked comfortable.The restaurant was also very good for the breakfast that I had there. I thought the lounge was a little old and poorly maintained.The appearance of the lounge did not seem to be in line with the rest of the hotel."
