"Although this hotel was some distance from the airport, the directions were straight forward and we found it with ease. Upon entering the lobby, we were pleasantly surprised by the ambience and friendly, professional staff. The suite was terrific and included seating where one could relax as if you were at home. Close to parks, museum, business, etc. A great experience."

"We just needed a hotel close to the theatre where we saw a show. Nice clean place to stay, for a good price too. We didn't get to use the pool or anything, but that was our fault, we didn't have the time.
My only suggestion would be to buy new pillows,very uncomfortable!!"

"This is the noisiest hotel I've ever stayed in. It's not that the other guests were particularly loud, it's that the walls were so thin you could hear normal conversations in other rooms. Every knock at any door sounded like your door."

"We stayed just one night to attend a concert at the Coliseum, but were impressed with the friendliness of the staff - including the cleaning staff. Room was very clean and fresh. We had a nonsmoking room that truly smelled as if nobody had ever smoked in it. This hotel is in easy (and safe) walking distance to the Coliseum. Be warned if you have children, though - the tv seems to have free access to an x-rated channel that is easy to stumble onto by accident when channel surfing."

"My biggest dissapointment was with the food in the restaurant. I had stayed at your hotel last year and loved the food. This year although the service was quick it was evident the food had been reheated rather than cooked fresh.
In addition, the air conditioner in the room did not appear to work properly and was therefore somewhat warm for sleeping."

"More than one sachet of coffee would have been nice in a twin room, but the lady on reception was very helpful when my friend was desperate for a cup of tea! The lack of 24 hour room service was probably the only thing I missed when comparing it to other hotels I've stayed in. When you've just arrived and are still working on UK time, it would have been very useful!
Breakfast was wonderful and the service was great. If the hotel has rooms available in the summer, I plan to take my husband and children too."
