"When I made the reservation, I requested a high back chair for my husband who has back problems, and sleeps sitting in a chair. The reservation was confirmed with no comment about this request so I assumed that everything was fine. When we checked in, I asked about the chair and was told that although there were high back chairs in the king rooms (one bed), there were none in the double rooms. Since my 21 year old son was with us, we wanted a double room. We asked if a chair could be moved into our room and were met with a flat "no". My husband tried to sleep in the bed but could not stand the pain so he ended up sleeping in the car. In contrast, we were in a Days Inn across from Casino Rama in August and the staff moved a chair into our room from the foyer to accommodate us, no problem. In addition, the Inn on the Hill (what hill?) room was small with low ceilings, rather claustrophic, and dark. I would not recommend it. It is not good value for your travel dollar. "The woman who worked at night (July 16 late night) was not very nice to us, pretty much rude, but the man and woman during the day were fairly nice, especially the girl."

"make sure your blinds are across your window all the time. I say this because I caught one of the people from the front desk looking through my window counting how many people were in the room. After I confronted her she said that I had three extra people in the room and I would have to pay for them to be in the room. Later on she told the people in my room that we have to go to bed or else we'll lose our $50 security deposit. So overall if you can go somewhere else go somewhere else."

"After we had checked out on Tuesday morning, our son realized he didn't have his hat. We called the hotel and the woman who answered the phone went to our room to see if the hat was there, which it was. It would have been easier to say "We'll check on that and let you know" but she didn't. She went that extra mile!"

"Acceptable but not recommended. It was convenient for the wedding reception. The contenental breakfast was a plus."
