Overview
This hotel is situated within a commercial/business park in north Guelph and caters to business travellers looking to access nearby offices and who require business amenities such as free Wi-Fi, dry cleaning service and in-room desks.

Both smoking and non-smoking accommodations are available. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a flat screen TV, air conditioning, an iron and ironing board, a desk and ergonomic chair and a safe. Suites offer more spacious accommodations and include a sitting area. Select suites also include a jetted tub. Rooms are furnished with two double beds, one queen bed, or one king bed.

Free parking is available on site and pets are permitted for an additional fee of $10 per pet, per night.

A free breakfast is served daily from 6:30 am to 10 am. The on-site restaurant, Samura, serves lunch and dinner. Room service is also available during lunch and dinner service.

On-site amenities include free newspapers, a hot tub, coin-operated laundry machines, dry cleaning (extra fees apply), a business centre, meeting space (with catering service), an ATM and ice/vending machines.

Downtown Guelph, which features the Stone Road Mall, the Sleeman Centre (sports and entertainment venue), the Old Quebec Street Mall, the Guelph Farmer's Market, restaurants, and night life, is an 11-minute drive away. The Kitchener GoTrain station is also located in downtown Guelph.

Guests noted worn shower curtains, doors that did not close properly, broken or loose bathroom fixtures, a tub that did not drain properly, poor lighting, and a ceiling that was "flaking". 

Several reviewers described the hotel as dirty, and called to attention the carpets, sheets, towels and blankets.

Several reviewers complained about unpleasant odours in their room. Complaints centred around the smell of cigarette smoke and mustiness.

A few guests were disturbed by noise from partiers. One reviewer said "I awoke several times to the sound of smashing beer bottles right beside my vehicle".

A couple of reviewers said that the hotel offered poor value and many said they would not return.

Isolated complaints included: unreliable Wi-Fi service, the tap water tasted unpleasant and reserved room was not available at check-in.
