Many guests described their rooms as clean and several reviewers found their rooms to be spacious. A few guests thought that their rooms were well appointed. A few guests described their beds as comfortable and a couple of reviewers said that their rooms were quiet.
A few reviewers described their in-suite kitchens as well equipped with appliances and cookware. One guest said that her in-suite kitchen had "all the conveniences of home".
Many guests praised the food and selection at the free breakfast. Reviewers described the selection as including home-made waffles, eggs, sausages, french toast, juice, oatmeal, cold cereal and fruit.
The staff were frequently complimented and guests described the front desk agents as helpful and friendly.
Several reviewers thought that the room rates were reasonable and that the hotel offered good value for the money they spent. Guests mentioned the following amenities as value-added features: free laundry facilities, outdoor putting green, and in-room windows that open.

The Bad
As mentioned above, positive reviews greatly outnumbered negative reviews for this hotel, among the reviews used for this analysis. However, there was one common concern and a few isolated complaints mentioned by guests.
A few reviewers complained about a lack of amenities, such as restaurants, within walking distance of the hotel. One guest said that the hotel was "in the middle of nowhere". Another reviewer found the hotel difficult to locate and access via public transit.
One guest described both the on-site fitness centre and indoor pool as small. One reviewer was disappointed that the pool area did not include a hot tub.
Other isolated complaints included: Wi-Fi service was "somewhat sporadic" and an in-room air conditioning unit was noisy.
