Guests were impressed with staff at this hotel. Staff were proactive in dealing with guest complaints and responsive to requests. Staff were also described as friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. Front desk staff and housekeeping were noted as being particularly good.
Location was a draw for a number of guests who appreciated this hotel's proximity to shopping, restaurants and to the University of Guelph (just over a 5-minute drive). Guests also felt that the hotel was easy to locate.
