"Comfortable, clean, awesome service"
"This hotel was easy to find and get to, excellent customer service. The room was spotless and the bed was so comfortable. Even though I could tell the hotel had a lot of guests because the parking lot was full, it was so quiet that we didn't hear anybody else. The only downside was that the pool is outdoors and it was cool and raining when we were there. Also the breakfast was great except the eggs were cold."

"be carefull of using phone cards ,daughter used phone card and was still charged $67.00 for 5 calls ,hotel would not do anything to help with charges but otherwise hotel was very good."

"The cleaning staff left a dirty towel in our room under the vanity in the bathroom which was not appreciated. I did leave a tip anyways as I always do. As well, the pool was supposed to be 80C which it was not. I couldn't get in as planned because it was too cold. It would have been better if it had been enclosed."

"Well on the web site it said pool, but when we got there it was an outdoor pool. The fitness room was approx. 10'x10' with (3) old work out machines that didn't work. The beds were really hard."

"Having DOGS in a room close to ours and having to listen to them bark and howl at a time when we needed to sleep due to my daughter having a full day of dance competition, was NOT expected, nor appreciated. I did complain and the person at the desk offered to move us but we had unpacked, settled in and were ready for sleep, not moving. I was shocked that Ramada allows dogs in the rooms and I will not stay in this hotel again for that reason. Thankyou, Marylou Kolano"

"We chose this hotel because it allowed our dog and found the room to be spacious and clean with a nice firm mattress. We loved the sliding glass doors and the wooded setting in the back. Great water pressure in the shower. TV and coffee machine performed sub-par but that did not affect our overall level of satisfaction. The staff was very friendly, helpful and professional."
