The GoodThe bulk of the reviews used for this analysis were positive. Guests were really impressed with the appearance of the rooms and with this hotel's location on the waterfront.
Guests raved about the bright, modern decor and about the cleanliness of the rooms. Several guests enjoyed the extras in the rooms (such as the gas fireplace and mini-fridge) and said that rooms were well-equipped and comfortable.
For a number of guests, the waterfront views were a big draw. Several guests enjoyed taking in the waterfront from their balconies.
This hotel is in an area that has a lot of greenery, which guests said made the location look very appealing. Guests also appreciated this hotel's proximity to beaches, walking trails, shops and restaurants, many of which were located within a short walking distance.
Staff here were top notch, according to guests. Guests said that staff routinely went out of their way to attend to guest needs and were service-focused.

The Bad
