"Restaurant was busy due to Bus Tours but food was excellent. The room was amazing and we wished we could stay longer to enjoy the comforts of the room."

"The Quality Inn in Gananoque was great. Expetionally clean and comfortable. The inn had The Lobster Trap restuarant on the site but although the service was great from the two waitress's that served us we were not that impressed with our dinner or breakfast. I seemed to get the end of a box of serial - the crumbs. I think they paid more attention to tourist buses than individual customers. In our room there was a king size bed - whirlpool bath and a full bathroom. Coffee maker, microwave oven and fire. Pillows could do with being replaced - very thin. But overall we were very pleased with room and service."

"We were very pleased with our stay from the upgrade to a suite because another guest canceled to the full hot breakfast included in the price of the room. Having the Lobster Pot on site is a bonus and we enjoyed a dinner there also. I would stay at the Quality Inn Suites, Gananoque again!"

"The room was very nice, but the fireplace - which normally would have been a big attraction - was on and the room was uncomfortably hot. I would have had more to say, but we arrived late and had to leave early so it was hard to judge about the other services at the hotel"

"We would stay in this hotel again, the only complaint we had was our room was in the building right beside the resturant which served sea food and we couldn't sit outside or have the window open as the smell of sea food turned your stomach. We certainly would ask not to stay in that part of the hotel again!"

"Front desk Woman...sorry I forgot her name...was very attentive and helpful...Also Amey..on the cleaning staff helped us out a couple of times..very nice people.."
