"At check in we sere given our room, Took our luggage in and rested awhile, the room was clean and inviting. We left for dinner arriving back to our room around 7:30pm. the evening had turned very cool, we raised the heat.....after 20min. there was no heat.
We checked with the front desk, within 15mins. we were upgraded to a warm and lovely suite."

"Heating unit was difficult to regulate and you could hear the water running and pipes rattling from the unit next door when they showered at 6:00 A.M. CERTAINLY WAS NOISY AND WOKE US UP!"

"The room was cold when we got in but we did get it to a temperature that was good for us. I can see that this is enviormentally a good thing to do but it could perhaps have been just a bit warmer such as 18 c instead of 13 c.
In order to get to our room we had to use a walkway, which is no problem. However, the walkway was not shovelled and it had not snowed for a couple of hours. We also noticed a fellow person who was in a wheelchair who also had to struggle through the snow. It was not that the snow was high it was more that the snow was very wet so if you wore your shoes you got wet feet and if you were in a wheelchair wet snow is a real problem pushing yourself through."

"We had ants in our room, was told they would put ant traps down, had to call 3 times before they finally came and sprayed RAID in our room, was not a healthy smell. Needed extra pillows, again had to call 3 times before we got them. The outdoor pool was nice, the indoor pool was dirty and had too much chlorine. We did enjoy our stay the area was very nice."
