Overview
This hotel is within a reasonable driving distance to a number of tourist attractions (Niagara Falls and Marineland are both just over a 20-minute drive away). This hotel may appeal to tourists who have access to a vehicle and who prefer to stay slightly outside of the busy tourist areas.

All of the 107 rooms at this non-smoking hotel come equipped with free Wi-Fi, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Standard rooms are furnished with king or queen beds. Suites offer king or queen beds, a two-person jetted tub and a sofabed. Some have efficiency kitchens (mini-fridge, microwave). Pets are allowed for $30 per night.

There is no on-site restaurant, but there are a selection of restaurants within a 5-minute drive and guests will find the Green Acres Family Restaurant only a 2-minute walk from the hotel. On-site amenities include free parking, an indoor pool, a games room and a gym.

The Good
The bulk of reviews used for this analysis were favourable and guests commented most often about the level of cleanliness and about good customer service.

There were a number of guests who were impressed with the detailed cleanliness and well-maintained appearance in the rooms. The hotel was renovated in 2011 and guests commented favourably on the modern decor and updates in the rooms. Guests said rooms were spacious and comfortably configured. 

Guests also said that common areas were particularly clean, including the hallways and the lobby.

Reviewers praised staff and said they were accommodating and cheerful. Front desk staff were noted and a few staff members were mentioned by name by guests in their reviews. 

Guests enjoyed the pool area and said it was clean, sizeable and well-maintained. 

There were some additional comments about comfy beds and pillows.

The Bad
The majority of the reviews used for this analysis were favourable and guest complaints were scarce. The one complaint that surfaced commonly was in regards to the hotel's location.

A number of guests felt that the hotel was isolated. Guests without access to a car found it particularly out of the way. 

A handful of guests were inconvenienced by the lack of a mini-fridge in their room.

A few guests said that the TVs were old and should be replaced with newer models.
