The beds were too hard

I had to book last minute It was a great hotel and I would definately stay there again. Especially if we had more time to stay.

You get what you pay for!

A stopper for the bus tub was not there and I tried to call the front desk, but no answer The front desk said we would have free breakfast but when we were there 7:00 am, the door was locked and no one was there. Other people were waiting there too but it was too cold to wait outside. We waited and tried to call the front desk but no one answers. There was no explanation who or how to contact when we are not sure what to do, and we did not know what to do. It seems to me they did not want to give us free breakfast.
