"My husband and I have stayed at this hotel many many times. It is by far the best hotel to stay and leave your car while on holidays.
When you walk into the hotel your always greeted with a smile. There is no improvement to made to this staff at the front desk or the shuttle drivers, beause they are the best I've ever dealt with. This is one place where you never have to say "keep up the good work" cause you know they always do. For some reason, everytime we stay there, the room always seems like it just been remodled. The planes can be a bit noisey, but that's understandable, the airport is very close by, and you stay there because of that reason. I have recommended this hotel to my friends and they all loved it.

"Have stayed at the Carlingview on previous occasions to do 'stop-over' prior to flying out of Pearson and to leave vehicle in hotel lot for period of vacation. Hotel staff have always been friendly and helpful. Shuttle services very good. Plan to continue to use this hotel for future travel plans.

"One little comment... the driver of the shuttle on Friday January 28th in the morning was very nice... He couldn't do enough for us to keep us warm after returning to a very cold morning...."

"A business center or computer with internet access in the lobby would be helpful. I donīt always carry my laptop with me. Mattresses could have been more comfortable."

"We only stayed overnight in order to catch a plane the next morning. The availability of shopping and other attractions was not of prime interest to us. There are 4 or 5 restaurants within walking distance which gave us a choice in dining. The hotel provides a shuttle to the airport and will allow you to leave your car in their parking lot for up to two weeks while you vacation. A nice feature for vacationers."

"I really appreciated the Receptionist telephone assistance in getting from the airport to the hotel via the shuttle...she was extremely patient and kind as I fumbled my way around in the lovely new Terminal trying to find the pick-up point for the shuttle."

"Convenient for an over night stop. However, my complaints would have to be directed to the smoking odour in our non smoking room which bothered my asthma and prevented me from having a good nights rest. Obviously the room had never been striped of the smoking odours of previous guests."

"as an overnight stay for a trip out of the airport, it was perfect. The
room was clean, check-in and out was fast and easy. They have free parking
for up to 2 weeks while you are out of the country and free 24-hour shuttle to
and from the airport. What more could you ask for? It was the perfect stop-over
hotel for our purposes."
