The Good
Guests typically enjoyed their stay at this attractive and well-maintained hotel. It was conveniently located on the highway which made it easy to find and guests found stores and restaurants nearby.

Although it was on the highway, guests often mentioned that their rooms were quiet. They liked the comfort and cleanliness of their rooms and many raved about the beds.

Breakfast was a highlight with guests telling of how they appreciated the quality and selection offered. It was also conveyed that this breakfast was a notch above other hotel breakfasts, was satisfying and offered lots of choice.

Guests liked the staff. They provided quick check in and were very friendly.

Adding value for some, were the abundant parking, very good free Wi-Fi and a nice, clean pool. Some felt the hotel delivered the best value in town and many agreed that the room prices were reasonable.

The Bad
Some guests offered negative feedback in recent reviews.

It appears that the hotel had difficulties with its boiler and subsequently some guests had problems getting a hot shower at times or found the indoor pool unbearably cold.

Some missed having a hot tub on site and were sorry to see the steam room closed permanently.

Although the rest of the hotel was modern and nicely updated, the fitness room seemed to have been overlooked. Some felt it needed newer and better fitness equipment.

Occasionally a guest mentioned missing an elevator (or help with baggage) to the second storey.
