"The room was very spacious but is in need of repairs..wall vinyl ripped, lights missing switches, poor vacuuming..did not appear to be well maintained..this would also be true of the public spaces, corridors etc. Staff was friendly enough but front desk was cluttered and not professional in appearance. Would not return."

"We were disappointed in the quality of the towels, the lack of extra pillows and the "free" breakfast was minimal. Because of this, we have booked elsewhere in Cornwall for our trip home and are paying $80.00 instead of $120.00 - you are not competitive."
