Overview
This waterfront property is located on the shores of Georgian Bay and is the ideal choice for those who want to be near the water and have easy access to nearby beaches. With Blue Mountain only a 10-minute drive away, this may appeal to those who want to stay close to attractions but not in the main part of the tourist area.

With 24 individually climate-controlled rooms, each room comes with cable TV, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a desk and chair, free local calls and free Wi-Fi. Rooms feature queen-sized beds.

Parking is available on site, free of charge, and plug-ins are available. Pets are not permitted to stay at this hotel.

Hotel amenities include tours and ticket assistance, a 24-hour front desk and wake-up service. The hotel is non-smoking throughout.

Wasaga Beach is 27 minutes away by car, eastward. Collingwood Scenic Caves is about a 10-minute drive west while Sunset Point Beach is a 4-minute drive northeast. There are a few restaurants within a 4-minute walk, including Kelsey's, East Side Mario's, Swiss Chalet and Montana's. A Beer Store is just up the street, 3 minutes away on foot. As mentioned above, the majority of reviews consulted for this analysis were positive but there were some common complaints from reviewers about the room amenities, the staff and the hotel exterior.

Several reviewers felt having an in-room coffeemaker would have enhanced their stays. 

While the majority of feedback regarding the staff was positive, some guests had rude encounters with the front desk and a couple of guests were not pleased to see the front desk unmanned on several occasions.

The hotel exterior was not aesthetically pleasing to some reviewers and they felt it could use a facelift.
