"How to be just as desirable as BlueMtn Village Resort"
"Good: Hotel location, Parking, Main Lobby, Bed/TVs, Pool, Golf & Ammenities. Bad (or my recommendations for focus areas on near future budget): Main Hall leading to guest rooms, washrooms (tub/vanity/decor update). Explanation: The main hallways are dark! And what are the walls made of (plaster)... well it looks that way. Guests don't want a cave feeling. There should be consideration of windows at each end of each floor's hall (where possible). Top floor should have skylit hallway by day, and by night a touch of class (ie: wall lighting) but still keeping a way to shine indirect lighting from the cieling. "
