"The hotel is currently going through some major renovations so beware of the noise distractions during the day. Power was out for over two hours. No notice was given to guests. Housekeeping allowed stained bedding to be placed into room."

"I smoke occasionally and stayed in a smoking room. I found that the level of carpet cleanliness was far below what I normally experience in Best Western non-smoking rooms. I believe that Best Western needs to find a deodorizer that effectively kills the stale smell of cigarettes much better or lower the price."
