"# 3 - no responses in this area - not sure a business traveller would stay at this hotel
# 7 - indicated yes but only would recommend to people with families & would add, be prepared to spend a fair amount of money - arcades etc"

"Your pillows are made of foam and are very big. This type of pillow always gives me a sore neck, so I asked the front desk for a softer feather pillow. They told me you only had the foam ones. Unfortunately I didn't have a good sleep."

"we had a terrible first night and didnt stay the second night ,we had people in the adjoining room who were loud and running through the hall and slamming doors.playing loud music, had to call security about 3 times. They should have had them leave. This was going on all night. Then when we got up they were playing there music full blast again and the maids said nothing. We got 25% off our bill but it doesnt compensate for no sleep on our first night of vacation.Probabaly wont stay again there. They shopuld have moved us or just had them leave period instead of coming and just talking to them which did no good anyways."

"We were disappointed with the additional costs of the per day packages / activities. The additional costs for the various activities should have been disclosed prior to our travel to the hotel. Moreover the hotel appeared to be over crowded, unable to utilize the pool / atrium activities. Lastly, the cost for the food and refreshments were too costly / inflated."

"I enjoyed a 3 day getaway with my 2 granddaughters . Great to have all activities under one roof, allowing them to enjoy and wonder on their own, at times. Disappointed in the pool size, compared to the brochure info. Water slides, great."

"It is a fabulous place for families, even those with a diverse range of ages, as there is something for everyone. It is also great to know that weather will not be a factor in our enjoyment of activities. Through the years it has just gotten better and better!"

"re: # 7. Yes I have enthusiastically recommended this hotel to all my friends with children. This was actually our second visit. We found it by accident this spring and the kids wanted to come back.
What I liked best was I have a 12 and 5 year old, and there was enough that interested both of them. And that there was no reason or need to even leave the building."
