"Pricey even for a conference stay"
"The rooms were tidy but it just felt dirty. I didn't want to put my bare feet on the carpet.
The room and halls smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls were paper thin on both sides. We heard one guy coughing on one side of our room and another couple talking late at night in the other.
I would expect a room like that to cost about $60 but it was $100 a night.
The only thing good about this is the location. It was close to the highway and to a grocery store so food is always within reach.
I was in town for a conference so it was an alright place to stay for that purpose, but I'm not sure I would choose this spot for a vacation stay."

"The previous week, I stayed at the Super 8 in Cambridge and the Travelodge in London, Ontario. My experience at the Super 8 was not good at all. The towels were all soiled and the bathroom was poorly designed. Due to my positive experience at the Travelodge in London, I decided to try the Travelodge in Cambridge. It was not a patch on the Travelodge in London. The complimentary breakfast was not good at all and the hotel was dirty and smelled of mildew. I understand that both the Cambridge Super 8 and the Cambridge Travelodge are owned by the same person. It shows. The staff were very nice at the Cambridge Travelodge, but the accomodations were very poor.
I expected the Cambridge Travelodge to be comparable to the one in London, but it was not even close. I am extremely disappointed in both the Cambridge Super 8 and the Cambridge Travelodge.

"I think that the fact that there is a strip club attached to the motel should be made clear in the info on it. This made sleeping very difficult do to the noise in the parking lot at close. The sign in front had lewd comments about the strip club which could make it akward for families staying here. The beds are horrible and are TV mysteriously turned on at 4am waking me from my sleep only an hour or so after I was already awakened by the strip club traffic leaving. Stay clear of this place."
