"I would recommend the hotel because of its convenient, easy-to-find location but the pillows were so uncomfortable I had to go out and buy my own pillow to get a decent night's sleep. I would also say the bathroom was cramped; that could be alleviated somewhat if the bathroom door swung outward instead of inward. The person I was sharing the room with made similar comments about the pillows and size of the bathroom. The staff were friendly but it would have been nice if we had been allowed the hour extension on the checkout time we asked for. I understand however they needed the room for people who were checking in."
