The bulk of reviews used for this analysis were favourable, and guests really liked the service from staff and the clean rooms.

Staff were top notch, according to guests. Staff were consistently friendly and helpful at various points of contact throughout the hotel. Guests felt that staff aimed to please and said their satisfaction and comfort was the number one priority for the staff.

Guests were impressed with the cleanliness of the rooms. They described their rooms as comfortable and spacious.

Guests praised the on-site restaurant and liked the quality of the food. There were a number of comments from guests regarding breakfast in particular who said the food was hot and tasty.

Location was a draw for a number of guests, many of whom liked this hotel's proximity to Highway 401 (just over a 5-minute drive).

Several guests enjoyed the pool areas and said that they were clean and well-maintained. Some guests liked the option of having two pools to choose from (indoor and outdoor, open seasonally).

Most of the reviews used for this analysis were positive, however some guests did make a few common complaints, most notably about aging decor.

A few guests suggested that updates were in order as the decor was aging. Bathrooms were mentioned as needing specific attention. Guests also commented on worn carpets, TVs, linens, peeling paint and furniture.

In addition to needing updates, guests said that bathrooms were very small and awkwardly located within the room.

A few guests had challenges regulating the temperature in their rooms and found them to be either excessively hot or excessively cold.
