"We had a corner room with excellent views over the lake and the park. The room was very large and comfortable, and the bed was enormous. They fixed a small problem with the toilet as soon as it was reported. I would have preferred more choice with the continetal breakfast."

"Very noisy, could not sleep at night. When we called for security to come up and deal with the excessive noise, the security officer simply told them to keep it down. Well of course that only worked for 5 minutes. Finally at 4 they finally simmered down. In addition, many of the occupants were not even staying in the Hotel they were just visiting. When I talked to the Desk Manager the next morning she told me that this is a "party Hotel" and that I should consider staying somewhere else. I was shocked by this response, she gave me a discount on one night's stay but I couldn't believe that she deflected my business to another hotel. I work in the Hospitality Industry and trust me If I ever said that you one of the thousands of customers we get at my Niagara Falls job I would be reprimanded. You should probably suggest to your managers that they need to take more care with their guests. At $134.00 a night it certainly wasn't worth it. Hotels during peak season in Niagara Falls are much cheaper and much more clean than the room we had. My confirmation clearly indicated non smoking and they gave us a smoking room. The rugs were all stained and musty."

"Driving directions were a bit confusing. Continental breakfast was very poor. Everything else about the property was lovely. We may go out for breakfast next time but we really enjoyed the stay."

"The stay at the hotel was wonderful, and the "Ribfest" held at the beach on Sunday was a pleasant surprise, and we loved it. Although we are Canadians originally from Sri Lanka, we were made comfortable by your staff at the hotel.
If you want to go for that extra mile, with the internet playing a major role in bookings, advertisements etc., what you may wish to do is to e-mail any special events, so that the guests will be aware of events in the surrounding area, before their arrival. The guests could therefore plan and incorporate these events into their itinery.
Please note however that the forthcoming events were made available in the room too, and that was great.
Hope that these comments are helpful to you.
Regards"

"If you have any problems with perfumed cleaning products, don't use this hotel. The hotel is insistent on using them.
Furthermore, the industrial pollutants from Hamilton are very noxious and present most nights both inside and outside the building. This is a bit less obvious during the day."

"We were particularly impressed with the security arrangements. We stayed at the hotel on New Year's eve and the security people kept the place quiet. We were able to get a good nights sleep. We have stayed at other hotels on the same date in other years and were subjected to loud noise until late into the night. Congratulations."
