This hotel is situated in a commercial/business park and is about a 3-minute drive from the nearest Highway 403 interchange. This is an all-suite property that is ideal for guests looking for extended-stay accommodations with kitchenettes. Access to Highway 403 (QEW) is about 3 minutes away.

This property offers both smoking and non-smoking accommodations. All rooms include free Wi-Fi, a kitchenette (including a full-size fridge, stove top [no oven], dishwasher, cookware and dinnerware), a flat-screen TV with pay-per-view movies and DVD player, separate living, dining and bedroom areas, individual climate control, a sofabed, and an iron and ironing board. Suites are furnished with 1 king bed, 1 queen bed, or 1 king bed and 2 double beds. Two-bedroom suites are configured with full en-suite bathrooms for each bedroom.

Pets up to 25 lbs. are welcomed at this hotel. For the first pet guests will be charged a fee of $75 (if the stay is 1-5 nights) or $100 per stay (for stays 6 nights and over). The second pet is welcomed at the rate of $10 per stay.

A free hot and cold breakfast is served daily. A free dinner is served Monday - Thursday.

A few reviewers were disturbed in their rooms by noise from plumbing sounds they said were associated with nearby jacuzzi rooms.

Uncomfortable beds was another theme in the complaint section by a very small contingent. A couple of reviewers had springy and old sofabeds and another couple of guests complained of uncomfortable mattresses in regular beds.
