"Great value very near Toronto"
"No need to stay at a pricy hotel in Toronto. We easily found the hotel just off a major highway (QEW) that takes you right into Toronto by car within 20 minutes. The service at the hotel check-in desk was quick, friendly and efficient. The rooms have recently been renovated to a very high standard. Our room had a small kitchenette area with microwave, refrigerator and good sized sink. These would be good if you were making a stop for a few days. The bathroom was very clean with high quality ceramic tiles. It sparkled and the shower was great.
The traffic noise can be heard somewhat from the expressway nearby, but the room is relatively well sound-proofed, so this was not a major issue. We found the room a bit hot as we could not control the electric baseboard heat, but it was wonderful to not be too cold either as it was a very cold day outside.
All in all, had a pleasant and comfortable stay. We will use this hotel again if staying near Toronto."

"Bloody bed sheets, terrible service....dont go here"
"There was dried blood all over our bedsheets and pillows cases. Discovered it at around 1:30 am when we got into bed. Called the front desk and asked them to come and provide new sheets. They never came. Terrible service, disgusting conditions in the room. DON'T EVER GO HERE."

"I found the stair way very dirty and also the base of some of the furniture where the vacuum didnt get at, I might add I am quite fussy but the stairway I used was disgusting. Bed was comfortable and it was nice and quiet stay."

"I stayed at this motel for 2 nights, and I don't have any major complaints. The only thing I didn't like was that the bathroom wasn't as clean as you'd expect (small hairs in the drain hole, spider web in the corner), but everything else was great."
