"I would not go back to this hotel."
"I was not impress by the front desk. Mostly anybody there to welcome you. Had to search for a lady to serve me. When I wanted informations, the were on the phone for so long that I had to ask to someone who was staying at the hotel.
My breakfast tray stayed in the lobby for 2 days."

My family and I were pleasantly surprised with our stay, the only negative we encountered was that the restaurant service was very slow, the restaurant was not busy at any time but the service and food delivery was very slow. We commented to the staff on one occasion, about the food not being brought to the table, for all that were at our table, at the same time, 15 minutes between my meal and my husbands meal. It did seem to us that the restaurant staff were in training and were not as good as we might expect.
Note: We will stay at the Burlington Holiday Inn in the future. Overall our stay was most enjoyable.
