Guests were impressed with staff at this hotel and described them as friendly, helpful and efficient. Front desk staff was noted as being particularly good at assisting guests with requests. Some staff were mentioned by name from reviewers.

The Bad
While many of the reviews used for this analysis were favourable, guests did commonly complain about issues with street noise.
Several guests complained about noise from traffic on the nearby Highway 401. One guest even said that they were supplied with earplugs in their room, which she took as a sign that there was noise nearby. Guests suggested staying in rooms on the north side of the hotel (away from the 401) so as to distance themselves from the source of the noise.
While a number of guests enjoyed the quality of the food offered at the complimentary hot breakfast, a number of guests complained about food not being restocked quickly.
