"We were told that hotel's restaurant would be open until 9 p.m. We called for room service at 8:30p.m.--as soon as we arrived--only to discover that the restaurant closed at 6p.m.--on a Saturday night!!! Outrageous!"

"Just that everyone was helpful and courteous, and very friendly. It was a great weekend and we hope to stay there again in the near future if things work out as we plan. People were also courteous when I called to ask some questions after I made the reservations."
