All of the 158 rooms at this non-smoking hotel have free Wi-Fi, a flat screen TV, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer and an iron and ironing board. Guests can choose from standard rooms (king, queen or double beds) or a selection of different types of suites. Whirlpool suites have a king bed, a mini-fridge, a microwave and a whirlpool. The family suites have bunk beds, a microwave and a mini-fridge. Pets are allowed for a cost of $20 per night.
Guests praised staff and said that they received friendly, professional service consistently at all points throughout the hotel.

"Very Pleasant and Comfortable"
"Our stay was a very good experience. The cleanliness of the hotel and the room was excellent. The hotel room was very quiet so sleeping wasn't a problem. The only problem I had was that our room cards stopped working at 10:40 am. Check out was not until 11:00 am so when I went out for coffee and my family had gone down to the pool I had to ask hotel cleaning staff to let me in. Other than that inconvenience I would recommend staying at this hotel."

"Hotel is located right off the highway. We stayed in the new Walter Gretsky Wing. It was vey clean and spacious. Staff was courteous and professional. They were very accomodating to our personal needs. Would highly recommend this hotel."

"Matress had the problem of caving in towards the middle. No shampoo in the dispenser. Difficulty adjusting the shower water temp. Location was very convenient for events at the Wayne Gretzky Centre."

"Although I did enjoy my stay, this was a repeat of the same weekend last year when I stayed there. I had asked to have a room, not near any party-goers if there was a wedding and people from the wedding were staying there. Parties went on ALL night on the 24th of September both outside of our room and in rooms on our floor. I called Security at the hotel at 2:00 a.m. and Security did respond quickly. However, Security did not continue to enforce quiet behaviour from the participants of this party. We had almost NO sleep that night. I will not stay at this hotel again, since the exact same thing happened last year at this same hotel. The employees of this hotel need to be trained better or perhaps there need to be more employees on hand when there's a wedding reception planned at that hotel."

"No air conditioning in our room all night. All they could do was give us a 12 inch ocillating fan! When a pair of pants and cell phone were left behind, we were unable to find out if housekeeping had found them in the room. I had to drive all the way from London to Brantford to retrieve them. Not very pleased with the service or accommodations there. Theresa Allen"

"There was no shower curtain in the shower. When I told the front desk as I checked out, the woman at the desk told me that the cleaning crew would notice that and take care of it. I laughed to myself considering that they hadn't noticed it the first time!"
