Located in great location, professional and courteous staff.

Matress had the problem of caving in towards the middle Location was very convenient for events at the Wayne Gretzky Centre.

When we went into the first room it was a little dirty

I don't know the Managers name but she was very nice and polite

The one thing that I found lacking was the DELUXE CONTINENTAL BREAKFAST

The number one problem that i had with the hotel is that we ask for a smoking room which we got, but the windows did not open made it really hard to breath

I went to get away from life and relax - the service was great, and for the most part it was very private and i wasn't bothered - this hotel had all i needed and i would come back and stay there again for any reason
