"Service was not as helpful as previous times to this hotel, and the room I was in seemed a little more worn than my previous stays. I asked for assistance from the front desk on two occiasions. Once to assist me in finding a telephone number. The help was good but the number provided was not that of the business I asked for. I also advised I was checking out and handed my breakfast claim from the restaurant to be added to my room bill... the gentlan promptly gave me my revised receipt, except I didn't check it until later and found out it only cantained the food bill and not the total bill."
