The GoodThe majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive and many guests were happy with their stay and would return. The rooms, staff, general state of the hotel, the buffet breakfast, on-site restaurant, room rates and beds were areas of praise for many guests.
Many reviewers were impressed with the rooms and described them as spacious, clean and well-appointed. Some guests said the furnishings were modern and beautiful. A few guests thought the beds were comfortable.
The staff were frequently praised for being professional and courteous. One reviewer said the service was outstanding while another liked that the staff always made an effort to greet guests as they walked past the front desk.
The breakfast provided from the on-site restaurant was good and some guests liked the selection and thought the area was well-stocked. Additionally, guests also enjoyed the dinner service and for this reason, chose to dine on-site for the majority of their stay.
The room rates were very reasonable given the accommodations and amenities provided. However, there were some mixed opinions about this (see below).
The Bad
As mentioned above, the majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive however, there was some negative feedback on the hotel's location and overall value received.
Some reviewers did not like that the hotel was in an industrial area and felt it was too far from where they wanted to be. A few guests grumbled about the high taxi cost to downtown Toronto and would think twice before booking at this hotel again. Although, to be fair this hotel is located in Brampton and not Toronto.
As mentioned above, the majority of comments regarding the value of the hotel were positive. However, a few guests disagreed and felt the inclusion of breakfast would have made the value better.
