The Bad
While the bulk of reviews used for this analysis were positive, guests did have a few complaints in common. They most often complained about cigarette smoke odours and noise disturbances.

Although this was a non-smoking hotel, a number of guests were bothered by lingering odours of cigarette smoke in their rooms and in the hallways. One guest complained of cigarette smoke from other guest smoking in the adjacent room.

There were several comments from guests who felt that the walls were thin and did little to block noise coming from guests in adjacent rooms and from the hallways. A couple of guests complained about noisy, rattling air conditioning units.

There were some peripheral comments from guests about antiquated equipment in the gym and from some guests who suggested that the TVs in the rooms were aging and needed to be replaced.
