Located on Biscayne Crescent, a 3-minute drive from Hwy 410, this hotel is well-suited to travellers who seek suburban accommodations within easy access of a major artery. Offering an indoor pool and waterslide, the hotel is well suited to guests travelling with young children.

All of the 159 rooms at this smoke-free hotel have free Wi-Fi, free wired Internet, a 27" flat screen cable TV with pay-per-view movies, Nintendo video games, a mini-fridge, a microwave, a coffeemaker, a hair dryer, an iron and ironing board a desk with ergonomic chair and windows that open. Guests can choose between standard rooms offering a king or queen bed, or larger suites, some with a separate bedroom and a 2-person whirlpool tub. Pets are not allowed at this hotel.

Guests can dine on site at The Bistro, serving breakfast and dinner daily, an evening bar and specialty beverages made with Starbucks coffee. There are also a number of restaurants within  a 2-minute walk, including Applebee's, Tim Hortons and Wendy's. 

On-site amenities include free parking, an indoor pool with a waterslide, a hot tub, a fitness centre, a business centre and meeting rooms.

The Good
The vast majority of reviews used for this analysis were positive and guests were particularly enthusiastic about customer service, cleanliness and the hotel's decor.

Staff won top marks at this hotel and were described by guests as courteous, helpful and friendly. There was a sense from guests that staff were eager to please and were proactive in meeting guest requests to ensure satisfaction. Guests said that staff were consistently polite at various contact points throughout the hotel.

Several guests commented on clean, comfortable rooms. A few guests liked the modern decor, saying that it was bright and sleek and did much to enhance the appearance of the rooms and the common areas. Guests commented favourably on the room configurations saying that they were spacious and inviting.

Several guests enjoyed using the pool area because it was well-maintained and clean. Guests commented on the frequent attention to restocking of towels.

Guests praised this hotel's location and its proximity to Highway 410, big box stores and restaurants.

There was a sense from a number of guests that there was good value received for the price point.

The Bad
Based on the reviews used for this analysis, there were very few guest complaints. There were a handful of negative comments but they seemed to be isolated incidents and were not indicative of general guest sentiment.

One guest found a stained pullout sofabed, one guest complained about slow and choppy Wi-Fi, one guest said their room was smaller than expected, and a few guests were not overly thrilled about the breakfast served at the on-site restaurant. One was displeased that it was served in the busy lobby area and a couple of guests did not like the selection or presentation.
