Facilities at the non-pet friendly hotel include meeting space, free parking, and a business centre. The hotel does not have a restaurant however there is a dining room at the hotel where free breakfast is served. Also, according to a Front Desk Agent that our staff spoke to there are numerous restaurants in the area surrounding the hotel.
Leisure facilities at the property include an indoor heated pool, a hot tub, a steam room, a dry sauna, and a whirlpool. Additionally there is a fitness room that operates 24 hours per day and it includes two treadmills and an elliptical machine.
The two-story hotel (no elevator) has 136 guest rooms and 127 of them are non-smoking. Room amenities include coffee makers, hair dryers, irons, ironing boards, air conditioning, and desks. Additionally guest rooms offer refrigerators, free local calls, and free wireless Internet. Microwaves are not available in all rooms however there is a microwave in the hotel's lobby for guest usage.
The Bramrose Square shopping centre is just 350m from the hotel and the Brampton GO Station is about 3.1km away (distances - Google Maps).
Verified with a Front Desk Agent: no restaurant at the hotel, no elevator, fridges in all rooms, and microwaves only in some rooms; also restaurants are near the hotel and a microwave is in the lobby.
Booking.com guest ratings averaged to 7.5 points out of 10 and the site had 6 reviews.

"Walls are very thin"
"Well, where to begin,? Ok so we checked in and rooms were nice and clean. But they had put us at the end of the building, last door. We went down to the hot tub and pool, the area was under construction but still open, the hot tub had some kind of oily floaty's happening! The walls are thin and you can hear everything going on. Plus for a non smoking area, people were smoking. The place itself is a 5/10 and I've stayed at 2 stars in Cuba. Another thing is the staff likes to sweep the floor at 7am in the lobby, with the doors wide open so you freeze while you eat your breakfast. The place was full of road workers or construction workers, smell of gasoline was strong."

"The Best Western Brampton was very good for the money spent."
"In visiting our families in Brampton, this hotel offered good location at reasonable costs. The staff was helpful and very friendly. Our family particularly enjoyed the pool and whirlpool when visiting us at the hotel. The breakfast was OK (coffee weak for our tastes) and sometimes limited due to heavy client use. Overall, we'd use this facility again."

"False Advertisment, Poor Customer service"
"I picked it because there was a pool and a Hottub...My son has a bad back and the hottub helps it. The three of us got our bathing suits on and went down to the hottub, it was cold water...we went to the front desk and they said they would send someone right away to fix it...We waited for approx. 45 mins, no one ever came, then we went back to our room, left our bathing suits on thinking it would be warmed up in a half hour. My husband went down, and still was just barely warm. We complained the next morning and were told that it was not a hottub just a whirlpool tub and wasn't supposed to get hot.The front desk people were not friendly to us at all when we complained!! we will never stay there again."

"Comfortable and affordable"
"This hotel was exactly what I expected. Friendly and professional customer service, comfortable, clean rooms, and a decent value. The location was located near the highway and easily accessible. I would recommend to anyone looking for a good night's sleep in the area."

"Good value for the money friendly and helpful staff"
"Hotel receptionist was very helpful sevice was typical of this type of hotel. parking was good ideal for short stay or business person. Breakfast was fairly basic not keen on plastic plates and cutlery. Room was a good size, clean and quiet air conditioning unit need some constant adjustment to regulate temperature."

"The only thing that we disliked was the bed. It was not very comfortable and we didn't sleep that well. Everything else was great!"

"We intend to stay at this hotel when we are in the area again and each time we are staying in the Toronto area. We didn't mind the drive to Wonderland from this point, considering all of the other things to do in the local area"

"In the smoking rooms, there should be better ventilation or a window should be able to be opened."

"The swimming pool was closed for repair during our stay which was disappointing (no discount either). The headboard was broken on one of the beds in the room. Queen sized beds were nice, but the pillows were a bit hard. Free continental breakfast was good."
