"would not stay again nor would i recommend anyone staying there. With my complaint no one cared and when you are a non smoker staying in a smoking room is not nice. We even had an early check in so I am sure they could have given us another room. Very poor customer service and no compassion for the PAYING guests"
"the hotel was clean but i was not impressed when i arrived at the hotel to find out that the 3 rooms that I had booked as non-smoking were booked as smoking. when i called the front desk to complain they said they didn't have any other rooms available and i must have booked smoking rooms because there was no indication that the hotel had switched the rooms. the person at the front desk said if i looked at my confirmation letter it would say smoking...well no where on the confirmation letter did it say smoking!!! then it was funny when the other parties that i booked for (one with alergys) checked in they were able to get a non smoking room when i had been told there were no other rooms available and then the second party that i booked for was able to get a non smokiing room before 8:oo am the following morning...since when would someone check out that early and there be enough time for house keeping to clean that room. Not impressed what so ever. It is also ridiculous that you have to go through the shopping mall parking lot to enter the hotel not very well planned"

"It was very noisy. You could see the light through the door into hallway. Everytime water was run it was like it was in your room. Room was clean but I would expect the price of room to be less as quality of hotel is less. It is a good budget hotel but remmebr you get what you pay for but in this case you get a little less. I recommend if price is lower."

"I booked four non-smoking rooms one month before my stay as I was attednding my sister's wedding on August 19th. I arrived and one of the rooms clearly was smoking. My husband and my son could not stay in the room, the fronnt desk was no help. He left to look for another room in Bracebridge and Gravenhurst and could not find one as it was late saturday afternoon. Your staff, who smoke, clearly did not take our request for non-smoking rooms seriously. They should be fired. My husband and son had to stay with and inconvience relatives who live 35minutes away from the wedding reception."

"bed was very hard and only 1 exrta pillow in room. staff did job fine but not very pleasant. usually a hotel that is $160/night is a little nicer could have spent $70 and had same experience"

"Well overall its a nice hotel. There's only a few of complaints. The showers had practically no water pressure it took forever to try and rinse. Second we had an internet price of so much and when we checked in it was a little over $20 more. Make sure to bring your confirmation. I found this hotel catered to snowmobilers. They took up all the parking and were very loud. If your going for other reasons request a room away from the front where they all park. The hot tub was alright but not very hot and you can't change the temp either. Overall the hotel was clean and in a great location. I'd prob. stay there again if I had to but I would diffinatley shop around first."

"Housekeeping needs tightening up ... there were spme unpleasant problems in the bathroom when we arrived but the staff fixxed these very promptly and with a very pleasant attitude"

"The door at the end of the hall needs to be adjusted as it slammed all night long. The room doors need to be sealed also.
A hair dryer and coffee maker would have been nice.

"We would stay at this hotel again. The hotel was clean, and the staff were friendly and helpful. The only drawback I found was that smoking was only on the ground floor. Other than that - Great."
