The Bad
There were a mixture of opinions and experiences at this motel, with a good number of complaints.

Although some guests said they enjoyed the pool, several others said it was not heated and they found it too cold even in July and August. A few other guests complained about the condition of the yard, playground and their small decks.

Although many judged the rooms to be clean, there were several complaints of the bathrooms smelling of urine or the rooms smelling musty. Some complained of saggy or hard mattresses, small maintenance issues, old bathroom floors, improperly cleaned rooms and dated decor. Some guests complained of small and cramped rooms.

Customer service was an issue for some guests, who said that staff were unfriendly and difficult to reason with, although some guests found the staff friendly.

A few guests felt that the room rates were expensive compared to other area hotels at the time of their stay. They were often charged mid-range prices ($150) and felt the rooms should have been a budget rate, well under $100.

Wi-Fi was said to be inopertive or really slow by several guests.
