Rooms were clean (guests used words like spotless and immaculate), bright and spacious, according to guests. Several guests also commented on the crisp, modern decor and said that it contributed positively to the overall appearance of the hotel.
Staff at this hotel were top notch, according to guests. There was a sense from guests that staff were intuitively aware of their needs and routinely went above and beyond to ensure guests were comfortable and happy. Front desk staff were mentioned specifically.
Many guests appreciated the quality of the food and the selection offered at the complimentary breakfast. A number of guests felt it was a real value-added feature to have good hot food (eggs, sausages) included with the breakfast.
The Bad
