"Our night at the Blue Mountain Resort was a gift from friends for our 25th wedding anniversary. We stayed an extra night because it was so beautiful. My friends asked us how we enjoyed the wine, which was supposed to be in the room waiting for us and I had to inform them we did not receive it. My friends were a little unhappy as they were told it would be there complimentary and my friends even offered to pay for it but the Desk said there was no charge and we did not receive it. Other than that, we had a most enjoyable weekend."

"I really liked the hotel. We come up every summer and winter. This year I wasn't to happy because everytime we flushed the toilet it kept running and my husband had to go and fix the chain.(this was an inconvience especially the price we paid and flushing in the middle of the night). I did have to call down to the front desk regarding the blow dryer that kept burning out. I did also in my room package also recieve someone elses blue tickets. I phoned down to the desk to let them know that I could of had a free supper on someone elsestab that was staying at the hotel.(a hotel staff came up to my room and got the tickests) All in all I enjoy the stay only for having the 2 night booked and having to leave at 10:00 pm the night before check out because my son took ill. I would of loved recieving one nights stay back but the hotel clerk checked it out and said that you could not do it. I would stay there again though.
