Guests liked this hotel’s central location on Front Street, with many shops and restaurants within walking distance, as well as within easy access to the 401. Guests said that this hotel was easy to locate.
Rooms were clean (several guests said they were spotless) and well-equipped. A number of guests appreciated the convenience of having a fridge and a microwave in the room. Guests said that the rooms were spacious and comfortably laid out. Décor was bright and modern, which positively enhanced the appearance of the rooms.
Staff received praise from guests for being helpful when it came to providing directions and advice on local attractions and eateries. Several guests commented on a speedy, efficient check-in/check-out process.
There were a number of guests who were impressed with the quality of the food offered at the hot breakfast, and appreciated the convenience of having a good free breakfast on site.
There were some additional comments from guests who enjoyed the pool area, saying it was well kept, and that the water was warm.

The Bad
Reviews used for this analysis were overwhelmingly positive, and guest criticisms were scarce. The one complaint that surfaced somewhat frequently was noise disturbance.
The major complaint at this hotel was about a lack of soundproofing in the walls. A number of guests complained about noise from guests in other rooms (they could hear conversations and TVs), as well as being bothered by noise from guests gathering in the hallways.
There were some peripheral comments about thin linens and uncomfortable pillows.
