"We stayed in a smoking room and it was dingy and smelled very badly of smoke - it had not been aired out before - we came and was very
stuffy and smelled bad - not a pleasant atsmosphere for $150.00 a night. The room could have used a paint job!!!"

"We were very happy with the room we stayed in. This room was not the one that was originally booked for us. We had to book a smoking room because all of the non smoking rooms were already booked. If we would have had to keep the room we booked in the first place we would not have been able to stay there. It smelled so bad it made my stomach turn. It was disgusting.Is there no cleaning products availabe to get this smell out or at least minimize it? I'm glad that the ladies at the front desk were so friendly and accommodating. They set us up with a non smoking room that had become available that day and we had a good night.

"-tv did not work/needed reception come and finally giggled wires(?) to make it work
-did not receive any phone messages; phone light did not work, given one message upon checking out (1 day after message, no date or time)
-coffee machine had to be put on floor to be near outlet
-roudy/loud/cursing neighbours in the middle of night, police called
-room very dirty, corn chips under bed, cobwebs on lights, mildew all over bathroom
-in room movies not hooked up
-hotel personnel defensive when told of missed messages
I will not be returning to Comfort Inn period. If this would of been more that one night, I would of been leaving in the middle of the night on the first night. If we hadn't been so far from home I would have left immediately.
Actually if I thought it would of made any difference I would of emailed sooner with my poor assessment of your hotel, however given the experience staying with Comfort Inn in Belleville, I wasn't expecting any type of result.
I hope you intend to fix any or all of this issues, or else you will experience a decline in reservations.
